Is the free plan really free?
Yes, and it never expires. Up to 15 products, 2 accounts and one shop. The till, catalogue, stock, customers and reports all work fully. There is no limit on sales — refusing to record money already taken would be the wrong thing to do.
What if I turn a module on mid-month?
You pay only for the days that are left. Turn on a 30 000 module on the 20th of a 30-day month and roughly 11 000 is charged for that month.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
Nothing is lost. The paid modules switch off, but your shop keeps trading and every record stays where it is. Closing a shop over a billing dispute is not something we do.
What happens when the trial ends?
You move to the free plan. No card is needed and nothing is charged automatically.
Can I bring my existing data?
Yes. The Excel import reads exports from other systems — column order and heading language do not matter. Quantities become real opening stock.
What if the internet goes down?
The till keeps working. Sales are stored on the device and send themselves when the connection returns. One sale is never recorded twice.
